   When you click Run after answering all required questions in the Grader, PipeAI gathers:
   
   • Your responses
   • All Grader settings affecting grades, including impact multipliers
   • Record details, including field values and flagged items
2. Automatic Updates Execution
   If any Automatic Updates are set to trigger at run completion, they execute immediately.
3. Action Recommendation
   The engine analyzes all collected data against predefined Action Rules to determine the most effective next action.

This ensures that every recommended action is data-driven, precise, and optimized for the best outcome.
