  • Action Recommendation Engine: Unique to PipeAI, this engine intelligently determines the best next action based on real-time data analysis.   • Anchor Responses: The 25% of responses pulling the overall Grade most downward (toward “F”). Learn more >>

  • Category: A group of related Grader questions. Learn more >>
  • Category Grade: The Grade assigned to a specific category of questions within a Grader. It contributes to the Overall Grade. Learn more >>
  • Category Impact: Shows how much this category influences the overall grade based on its total possible points. High Impact categories contribute the most, while Low Impact categories contribute the least.  Learn more >>
  • Closeout: Captures pipeline record details when a record reaches the final stage (converted, closed, or lost). Learn more >>
  • CRM: Customer Relationship Management software. Learn more >>
  • Disqualifying Responses: Cause certain responses to immediately disqualify the record, indicating no further action is warranted. Learn more >>
  • Expiration Timer: Determines when a Grader Run's Status changes to Expiring Soon or Expired, based on how long responses remain unconfirmed or unchanged. Resets when all responses in a category or Grader are confirmed or updated. The remaining time is based on the response that has gone the longest without confirmation or an update. Learn more >>
  • Expired Status Wall: If after grading, status is expired, best next action recommendation is hidden and the user is prompted to reactivate the grader run before taking action.
  • Fields: Containers of information about a pipeline record. There are two types: PipeAI standard fields (e.g., Stage) and custom fields created by users (e.g., Revenue Potential). Learn more >>

  • Grade: A letter-based quality rating for responses, categories, or a Grader Run, using an academic grading scale. Learn more >>

  • Grader Job: A brief description of a Grader’s role to guide its use. Learn more >>
  • Grader Purpose: Defines what the Grader is built to help answer after quality is known. Learn more >>
  • Grader Run: A past or active Grader use for a record, producing a Grade and insights. Learn more >>
  • Grader Run Status: Indicates whether a Grader Run is Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired, based on completeness and Expiration Timer settings. Learn more >>
  • Impact Multiplier: Adjusts a response’s influence on the overall Grade by multiplying the points behind the selected Grade. A lower multiplier reduces influence, while a higher multiplier increases it. Default is 1X. Learn more >>
  • Impact Score: Measures a response’s effect on overall Points, using a “C” Grade as the neutral baseline. (Formula: Response Grade % − (.733 × Grade denominator)). Learn more >>
  • Link Question to Field: Connect a field to a question for enhanced record tracking and Action rule control. The field value updates automatically based on the response selected.
  • Link Question to External Source: Connect a data source outside PipeAI to a question to automate response selection.
  • Low Confidence Wall: If after grading, Response Confidence is less than 3 out of 5 bars, best next action recommendation is hidden and the user is prompted to increase response confidence before taking action.
  • Overall Grade: The Grade assigned to a record based on all responses in a Grader Run. Learn more >>
  • Pipe Type: A classification for pipeline records, such as leads or opportunities. Learn more >>
  • Points: Values assigned to Grades based on an academic scale, including a numerator and denominator (e.g., C = 7.33/10). Learn more >>
  • Record: The entity being graded (e.g., a lead or opportunity), including all information in PipeAI from Grader Runs and fields, which may include data from external sources. Learn more >>
  • Response Confirmation: A button used to confirm a response after revisiting a graded record. Updates the “Confirmed X days ago” indicator to show how current the response is. Resetting all responses in a category or Grader also resets the Expiration Timer. Learn more >>
  • Response Confidence: Selected when grading to indicate certainty. Helps determine if further exploration or confirmation is needed before taking action. Learn more >>
  • Response Grade: The Grade assigned to individual answers in the Grader. Learn more >>
  • Segments: Groups of records classified and organized based on shared characteristics for use in Action rules and analysis.
