Grader Run Status Explained

Grader Run Status consists of two parts:

  1. Complete vs. Incomplete, which apply to all graders
    • Complete – All questions have a response.
    • Incomplete – At least one required question is unanswered.
  2. Active vs. Expired, which only apply if your grader uses Expiration Timers
    • Active – All Expiration Timers have time remaining.
    • Expiring Soon – At least one Expiration Timer will expire in less than seven days.
    • Expired – At least one Expiration Timer has expired.

If a grader’s status is Incomplete, no other status details will be shown.

Reactivating an Expired Grader Run

To reactivate an Expired Grader Run, reset expired Expiration Timers by confirming all responses tied to that timer.

Why Confirming Responses Matters

Confirming responses helps track the last time each response was verified. Even if a response was selected two months ago, confirming it today reassures you and your teammates that the information is still accurate. This is crucial when managing updates across multiple pipeline record conversations.

Example Scenario: How Expiration Timers Impact Grader Run Status

Let’s say your Grader has three question categories, each with a 15-day expiration timer.

  • Day 1: You run your Grader.
  • Day 10: You check back—each timer has 5 days remaining.
  • You confirm responses for two of the three categories. This resets the timers only for those two categories.
  • The third category is left unconfirmed, so it still expires in 5 days. As a result, your overall Grader Run will expire in 5 days
