When you complete a Grader Run for a record (e.g., lead or opportunity), the Results View displays:
At this stage, the goal is to understand the results and take the best possible next steps quickly.
Check the grade, fields, Action recommendation, and any other key details. If anything looks incorrect or needs further attention, update it before proceeding—this may impact what’s displayed and what should be done next. If necessary, adjust your Grader settings or fields.
Decide if the suggested best next Action makes sense. If not, manually change it. If the recommendation is frequently off, consider adjusting Action recommendation settings in Grader Setup.
Once the Action is confirmed, follow the manual and automated steps. If key Guidance or Steps are missing, update the Action settings in Grader Setup.
Since field values impact future Grader Runs, review them after completing the Action. Automated updates may have changed some fields, but manual updates might still be needed.
Regularly refining your Grader and Action settings helps keep your pipeline accurate and actionable.
