PipeAI uses two permission levels: Organization and Team. Organization permissions control account-wide access and administration, while Team permissions manage who can use and customize specific graders. This dual structure allows you to maintain central control while delegating team-specific management to the right people.
Organization Owners and Admins can configure all roles, permissions, access, and team structure in Organization Settings > Teams + Users tab.

Billing is based on the highest-tier grader a user has access to across all teams. For detailed billing information, please visit PipeAI's Billing Guide.

An Admin or Organization Owner should assign a new Team Leader to manage the team.
The current Owner can transfer ownership in Organization Settings.
No, but having a Team Leader ensures someone can manage team members and graders.
User-Editors can edit all aspects of grader setup within the settings for applicable graders. However, only Organization Owners and Admins can adjust the global grader feature settings in Organization Settings > Graders tab.
Change the team role of the current Team Leader and assign another user as Team Leader for that team.
Look at the teams table in Organization Settings > Teams + Users tab to see which teams they are a member of, and which graders those teams have access to.
They immediately lose access to all graders that team has access to. If they don't have access to any paid graders through other teams, they will not be billed in the next cycle.
Permission changes take effect immediately.
